Terms of Service

SimplyADHD (ABN 40 658 219 311) provides AI-generated, personalised resources to support people with ADHD. By creating an account or generating a resource, you agree to these terms.

SimplyADHD is not a medical service. Generated content is for coaching, educational and supportive use only. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, therapy, medication management or any other professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you're a practitioner generating kits for participants, you confirm you have a legitimate professional relationship with those participants and (where required) their informed consent to enter their data.

• Don't use SimplyADHD to harass, harm or deceive anyone.
• Don't enter data about a person without an appropriate legal basis (consent, professional relationship, parental responsibility).
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the AI generation endpoints.
• Don't resell generated content as a standalone product.

You may share kits freely with the participant they were generated for or their support network.

• Individual kits are billed once per kit at the price shown at checkout, in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Practitioner subscriptions renew monthly. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Each account may use one practitioner free trial (Solo or Centre) ever. Resources generated during a trial are watermarked; new resources after you subscribe are full quality.
• Cancel anytime from Account → Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and plan limits may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures with the service you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In addition to your rights under the ACL:

• Individual kit purchases: full refund within 7 days if the kit isn't useful — just email us.
• Subscriptions: refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of the current month if requested within 14 days of renewal.

You own the kits and content generated for you. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause or modify features with reasonable notice.

Subject to Section 6 (Australian Consumer Law) and to the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyADHD is provided on an "as is" basis. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the ACL.

You can delete your account at any time via Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused subscription period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, without limiting any non-excludable right you have under Australian consumer law.
